What do we include in our photo booth rental packages?
Our photo booth rental packages include a professional setup (enclosed or open style), an on-site attendant, unlimited digital/print photos (depending on your package), high-quality prints for guests, a digital copy and online gallery of all photos, fun props, a custom-designed photo-strip or print template to match your event theme, and social sharing/email download functionality.
How long can I rent the booth for?
Standard rental periods are often in the 2-5 hour range. You can often extend the rental by paying for additional hours.
Make sure to clarify when you’ll need set-up time. Typically setup is 60 to 90 minutes before your official start time.
What space do you need?
We typically require a footprint for the booth and backdrop, plus clearance for guests to interact. For example: an 8′ × 8′ area with adequate head-height and access to power is common. If your venue space is constrained, we can discuss compaction options (but this should be arranged in advance).
Can we choose between an enclosed booth and an open style with backdrop?
Yes — we offer different styles:
Enclosed booth: guests step inside for a self-contained experience.
Open style: a backdrop (wall, drape, wall quality) with the camera/booth in front, allowing more guests in view at once and easier integration with venue décor. You can choose based on your aesthetic, space, and guest count.
Can we customize the photo print/template with our event name, logo, or colors?
Absolutely. We provide custom design for the photo prints or strips so that your event branding/theme is clearly represented. We’ll work with you on template approval ahead of time.
How many guests can fit in the booth?
For open-style booths, many guests can gather in front of the backdrop (8-10 people or more, depending on space). For enclosed booths, capacity may be slightly smaller. The actual number depends on the style of booth and venue space.
Do you supply props?
Yes — we provide a fun selection of props (hats, glasses, signs, etc) for guest use. If you want themed props (matching bridal/wedding theme, corporate brand, holiday party etc.), just let us know ahead of time and we’ll try to accommodate.
Do we get digital copies or access to an online gallery?
Yes, your package includes digital copies of all the photos and access to an online gallery where guests and organizers can download their photos. (Check your specific package details for more information.)
Is it possible to set up the photo booth outdoors?
Yes, we can set up the photo booth outdoors, but it depends on conditions like level ground, weather protection, lighting, and proximity to power. We'll need to discuss tenting, cover, and weather contingency plans to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How can we pay for our photo booth rental?
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. A deposit is required to secure your date. If you have any special payment requests, just let us know!
What happens if there are technical issues during the event?
Our attendant will be on-site for the duration to monitor the booth, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure a smooth guest experience. Should a major issue occur, we’ll work to remedy it immediately and ensure that guest photo opportunity remains uninterrupted.
How far in advance should we book?
Dates can fill up quickly, especially for weddings, peak seasons (spring/summer/holiday). We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the style and time-slot you want.
Can we customize our rental with extra hours or special upgrades?
Absolutely! You can customize your rental with extra hours and special upgrades like premium backdrops (flower walls, custom branded walls), GIFs, Boomerang animations, social media sharing, and branded experiences (corporate logos, event identity). Just ask us for a full list of available upgrades and pricing.
